Full Service Level: levels includes sheets, pillow, blanket, pillowcase, two towels and washcloth, as well as drinking glasses, bath soap and shampoo. Beds are made prior to guest arrival. Housekeeping staff will service rooms daily Monday through Friday. Rooms are not serviced on Saturday and Sunday’s, although, extra towels and washcloths will be left in rooms on Friday. Sheets for groups/guests will be exchanged every Friday. Custodial staff will clean all common bathrooms and public areas on a daily basis.
Basic Service Level: residents must provide their own bed linens (including blanket and pillow), towels and personal articles. Linen packages are NOT available on an individual basis within a group requesting services under this level. Custodial staff will clean all common bathrooms and public areas on a daily basis.
Sales and occupancy tax not included.
Prices based on one nights’ lodging per person.
Acceptable methods of payment: Cash, check (made payable to WVU), American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we may not be able to honor separation of groups by utilizing vacant rooms/separate floors or wings. We have the right to assign groups to the same floor or wing in a building(s), based on space availability.
Parking
Parking permits are required for vehicles remaining on campus during the conference or camp. Permits are $7.50 per week per permit.
