DIRECTIONS & TRANSPORTATION

Morgantown is conveniently located 75 miles south of Pittsburgh. It is accessible from Interstate 79 and Interstate 68. The Baltimore/Washington, D.C. area is less than a four-hour drive.

Personal Rapid Transit: The PRT carries passengers from Walnut Street Station in downtown Morgantown to the WVU Downtown, Evansdale, and Health Sciences campuses. Cost is $0.50 per person per ride. Be sure to have adequate quarters with you. PRT stations are not equipped with change, and the turnstiles do not take bills. The College of Engineering PRT station is nearest the WVU Coliseum, and the Beechurst station is nearest the Mountainlair.

Monday-Friday 6:30AM to 6:15PM
Saturday 9:30AM – 5:00PM
Closed on Sunday’s

Parking permits are required for vehicles remaining on campus during the conference or camp. Permits are: $7.50 per week. WVU parking permits are not available for the Mountainlair Parking Garage.

Parking is limited, therefore, permits may need purchased from the City of Morgantown Parking Authority.
