The Conference and Event Scheduling Office of University Housing provides a full range of guest services to groups and individuals visiting the West Virginia University campus during the summer months.


These services include housing accommodations, meeting/conference facilities and recreational facilities. Every summer, more than 10,000 guests come from around the world to take part in various conferences, workshops, athletic camps, University orientation, youth gatherings, recruitment programs and campus visits sponsored by the many departments and faculty of the University.

In addition to the fine facilities used for housing, meeting, dining and recreational activities, guests enjoy the area’s breathtaking scenery, beauty and attractions in and around the City of Morgantown, West Virginia.

The goal of the Conference and Event Scheduling Office is to provide comfortable and affordable accommodations and an enjoyable and fulfilling experience for the University’s guests.
